After 5+ years together, we got engaged in Santorini after an AMAZING 5 star, 5 course meal overlooking a European sunset. Tyler always joked he’d propose with a ‘lollypop ring’ which he did! So we searched for days and days looking for the perfect ring. A week later (still no ring) we were in Rome and had my ring custom made by Ansuini.
I really enjoyed the initial planning stages of our wedding, searching for a venue, florist, dress etc but as the day got closer and closer, I was completely over the planning and organising! Trying to plan and organise from Perth getting married in New Zealand, I just want the day to hurry up!
The day of our wedding was absolutely amazing! We both felt super relaxed, Tyler being with his family and groomsmen, me being with my family and bridesmaids. The ceremony was incredible, it summed us up perfectly – romantic with some humour. The rest of the day & evening, we didn’t want it to end! It was the most magical & special day! The stresses of planning and organising was all worth it!
