COVID 19 Information

We are committed to ensuring the safety of our customers and our staff. Due to Regulations implemented by Government Directions we are operating under the following requirements: 

  • We operate under an appointment only basis.  Appointments are required for all services and are usually available on short notice.

  • A maximum of 3 guests are able to attend with each client (Bride + 3 guests) to comply with social distancing and square metre requirements.  If you must attend your appointment with more than 3 people, we can work on a case-by-case basis with advanced notice.  We appreciate your understanding and patience in helping us comply with these government directions.  

    We have enough seating for 3 people outside each of our fitting rooms.

  • All clients and guests need to sign into our store using either the COVID Safe App or the physical register we have provided upon arrival.

  • Hand-Sanitiser is provided in store.


Finally - we appreciate that your wedding day, event or school ball is important.  It is important to us too.  We love what we do and we really work tirelessly with you but also behind the scenes to ensure each and every one of our customers have a great experience.  Please appreciate the commitment we make to you to ensure your special day is incredible when dealing with our stylists and staff members.
