Jacob and I met while attending school in Florida! Jacob is from Perth and he was on a basketball scholarship in the USA while I was on a swimming scholarship, I am originally from New Orleans. After graduation we both moved back to Perth where Jacob is from. We have lived here for 7 years now and I have now become a citizen! Wahoo!
It’s funny when I came to Dion, I had the pleasure of working with Claudia who was absolutely amazing! She also was a client of mine when I was a Manager at Solid Gold Diamonds, where we helped Claudia's husband design her engagement ring! PERTH is so small!
When I was starting to look for my dress I had been to so many shops to narrow down dresses to show my Mom when she would be coming in October. I eventually found 3 dresses and had organised to see them when she arrived. One of them happened to be on a trunk show and was finishing the day she landed in Perth! So straight from the airport we went to Dion and I showed her the dresses, she knew which one was me! I was in love with my dress and to this day I wish I could wear it every day hahaha
It was the perfect dress and I had the most beautiful wedding day, I couldn’t have asked for more!
