Our Story:
Firstly thank you to your team for helping me find my perfect dress! It was a long hard search, and my perfect dress was the very last one I tried on at your store.
The wedding day went beautifully. The girls got ready at my mum's house and then we headed off to UWA, where we first met (in 2009) for a first look and the bridal party photo shoot. As we had lots of guests travelling from overseas to our wedding, we wanted to get the photos done first so we could spend as long as possible with our guests.
We headed to bathers beach house in Fremantle, where we had a short but sweet ceremony overlooking the beautiful ocean. We had Justin from Champion music performing "Somewhere over the rainbow" on acoustic guitar while I walked down the aisle.
After the ceremony, we mingled with guests and took some group photos over a cocktail hour. Formalities kicked off just before sunset, with a delicious 3 course meal, including lots of fresh WA seafood.
We cut the top tier of our cake (the rest of the layers were made up of donuts!) then had our first dance to "all of me" by John Legend. The next few hours were spent on the dance floor where everyone stayed the rest of the night, young and old!
