Gowns and Accessories sold as Final Sale are final and cannot be returned for a refund, or store credit, other than in the event of them being faulty. All Final Sale products are tagged with Final Sale on the product page, and also listed under our Final Sale Menu for easy identification.

For all clearance and sale items (this includes any product purchased on sale with an additional discount code and any item on sale, as well as in our 'SALE' and 'DESIGNER CLEARANCE' 'FINAL SALE' menus), are unable to be returned for a refund. We are able to offer an exchange or credit if the item is deemed to have a manufacturing fault and not due to condition from wear and tear as a sample gown. All Final Sale items are samples and will have some wear as they have been tried on. Discounts will be reflective but not limited to the condition as a sample.
