Returns and Refunds are not accepted unless a manufacturing fault has been identified.  Signs of wear and tear, including marks, loose beads or missing beads, pulls and loose threads are not considered manufacturing faults and can be cleaned or repaired.  Any repair or cleaning costs are charged for and not included in sale price.

For Made to Order Gowns (any order that is not a sample gown purchase)

We recommend ordering your gown a minimum of 8-10 months ahead of your wedding date for made-to-order gowns (gowns ordered only after you have placed an order with us).

**Please allow additional time for alterations (we recommend you allow an additional 2 months and 3 months for priority times over holiday periods).

Express and Urgent Delivery options are available for an additional cost.
